At Virtude Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it remains in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact to comply with health and hygiene regulations.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
